My mission is to become the leader in online real estate listing services. One of our main focuses is on the East, district 15 & 16. Why this district? Cause we think it’s one of the, if not THE, coolest districts in Singapore. Me living and moving around here is another reason why there is no other place than the East.

Why properties in the East Coast?
The Eastern District is a draw not only to the locals, but also to foreigners/expats living in Singapore. Its pristine beaches (East Coast), the unique array of food/delicacies ( Katong Strip, Joo Chiat, Siglap), the shopping (Parkway, Marine Parade), prestigious schools (Tao Nan, Victoria) and great access location (15mins to Airport and CBD areas) appeals to every individuals and families.

Price versus Value
Properties on the east coast are constantly upgrading itself and it is not too far away to be considered ‘prime’ status along with her sisters in District 9, 10 and 11. However, it is still a luxury one can afford in comparison to properties in the central city and CBD areas now.

In General
I want this site not just to promote my services and but also to be an online guide for potential buyers and tenants about getting around places and what type of lifestyle that one can expect in the east.

Currently I am tabulating a list of plumber companies, air-con servicing companies, small-home fix companies, property loan companies and others, whom I have been in contact and had work with and that are proved to be reliable and reasonable in price, to be added in this site.
  
  To achieve this goal even further, I also allow real estate-related businesses to have business listings on this site for you to find them online.


• To have a repository of news releases related to real estate and interesting articles on real estate pertaining to market trends in Singapore and other countries like Malaysia and Australia.
