Casafina is a low-rise resort condo located next to the Sennett Estate. The draw of the place is its serene atmosphere and its walking distance to amenities like the Siglap strip, Bedok South Market and the beach.

Another old lady in Marine Parade Rd but 8 years younger than Laguna Park, Mandarin Gardens is also one of the most sought after condominiums along East Coast. The distinction between the two is that Mandarin Gardens is a full-fledged condominium with well equipped facilities. Arguably, they have the largest pool (Olympic size) and the biggest gym in the east.
Mandarin Gardens has many types of layout, from studios to 3-bedrooms and penthouses. Each unit is well spaced out with large balconies.

Villa Marina is a low-rise resort project situated in the heart of Siglap, Marine Parade. It is situated along the Siglap strip where restaurants, cafes and convenience shops are most accessible. Arguably, it is considered one of the most luxurious projects with its “Roman” themed water features and facilities in the East Coast.
The interior of the units are mostly finished with marble or granite especially in the living and dining area and timber/parquet covers the bedrooms. Most of the units have a tiny balcony in the living room. Most, if not all, ground floor units has it own patio – for planting or even sun bathing.
Amenities such as supermarkets, food centres and shops can be found within walking distance to the nearby Siglap Centre, food/beer garden and the beach. Driving to the city takes around 15 minutes and it is 10 minutes drive to the Changi International Airport depending on Traffic.
